This Support request is only available during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm eastern time. If a request comes in after these hours, it will be processed the next business day. All Support requests received during normal business hours will be processed promptly.

Please complete the Support Request form and "submit" it to request support for a Dictaphone Product. A qualified Dictaphone Support Engineer will contact you promptly to determine the nature of your call. If we can not resolve the issue remotely, we will schedule a Customer Field Engineer to visit your facility. Charges for this service depend on product warranty coverage, pre-purchased support and (APP) coverage.
When we receive this request, you will be contacted for clarification,
if needed, and you will receive a "reference number" to identify your request
in subsequent interactions.
